Our professional reports will identify current conditions and problems and suggest advice for repairs and replacements. Our reports work for you whether you are a buyer or a seller, or you are working for a buyer, seller or lending institution.

Do I need to be there?
Aaron always recommends that you are present for the entire inspection.  It’s in your best interest to see everything first hand, and to use the time to learn how the systems work in your new home, so you can take care of it in the future.  Of course, schedules can be tight, and you may not be able to attend.  Aaron will still give you the time you need to understand the inspection results later the same day over the telephone, and deliver the report to you as soon as possible.

How long does an inspection take?
Inspections can take anywhere from 2-4 hours.  Times vary depending on the size, age & condition of the home or building.  Some inspections are longer simply because some buyers have more questions.  Aaron is there for your benefit.

Why do I need a Home Inspection?
A home inspection is an excellent tool for the home buyer to help determine not only the current condition of the home, but also to potentially identify any immediate additional costs (emergencies) that may not be evident to the untrained eye. Home inspections are not a prediction of future performance, but can identify existing problem areas or deficiencies for current standards.  At the end of the inspection you will know the condition of your prospective purchase and will save considerable heartache and expense by avoiding any emergencies.  The seller and the real estate agents will avoid delays because problems, if any, are known up front.

What If I have questions after the inspection?
When you hire AWHome Inspections, Aaron Harper becomes your home consultant for as long as you own your home. He is available for phone consultations on any questions relating to the inspection or the home at no additional cost.
